Summary of your project

From 1971 to 2021—for 50 years now—neighborhood residents have come together as an association to make this neighborhood a pleasant place to live where everyone feels at home. Thanks to the support of the FASL and the City of Lausanne, the association is still able to carry out this mission today.

Half a century—that’s something to celebrate! Plans were already in place in 2020 to organize a magnificent anniversary celebration through several projects, but the COVID-19 pandemic prevented us from doing so. Furthermore, this period has been extremely difficult for everyone and has seriously undermined the “sense of community” that is the driving force behind our association.

That is why we are convinced that such a project will greatly benefit the neighborhood’s residents. The goal is to come together around a collective project and meet in September 2023 for the release of a comic book.

This publication is part of the association’s 50th-anniversary celebrations, which include a weekend-long festival and an amateur singing performance.
