A ravioli-making workshop that fosters intergenerational exchange and operates within a circular economy.

Your Project in Detail 
This project is proposed by the association Beau Bon Bien, culinary practices. The association is committed to healthy and sustainable eating through the organization of events, workshops, training sessions, and roundtable discussions. We aim to offer ravioli-making workshops one Monday per month, with a particular focus on fostering intergenerational connections (between children and grandparents). The ravioli are made using “ugly” or unsold vegetables from local farmers, in line with the principles of the circular economy, as well as flour and artisanal, regional cheeses. The workshop lasts 2 hours; participants will make 3 types of ravioli, which they can take home and even freeze for future meals. The fee is 5.- per participant, who will take home 3 servings.
