Submitted Project: Mom Walk is an initiative aimed at combating loneliness and isolation among postpartum mothers by organizing free monthly activities that foster connections and mutual support among mothers. In response to a real need, the MomFlow association fosters connections through stroller walks and neighborhood groups.

Parenting Support in the Prélaz-Valency Neighborhood
Submitted Project: The project aims to create, in the Prélaz-Valency neighborhood, spaces to support parenting in order to strengthen ties between families and professional teams, develop parenting skills and confidence in the role of parenting, and promote social ties and solidarity among residents, while improving the visibility of resources already available.

Books to Explore the Topic
Submitted Project: The project led by the As’trame Foundation offers families in vulnerable situations a selection of children’s books on sensitive topics, providing parents and children with practical resources to facilitate dialogue about emotions and difficult experiences. By making these resources visible and accessible, the project aims to highlight the importance of children’s books as tools for mediation and support in the face of family difficulties.

The Free Market in Lausanne

Submitted Project: MamaMeets is an organization dedicated to combating maternal isolation by connecting mothers who gave birth around the same time. It offers a space for exchange, support, and connection where mothers can share their postpartum experiences in a caring environment.

Target Audience: Mothers in Lausanne who have recently given birth and are in the postpartum period (0 to 6 months after birth), who wish to meet other mothers going through the same stage of motherhood.
