How do I submit a project?

Would you like to submit a project?

Here are the steps to follow:

1) Familiarize yourself with the objectives, criteria, and rules

Does your project target families in Lausanne? Is it specifically intended for families facing difficulties or with special needs? Is this truly a project in the public interest (one that does not support any political party or private economic interest)?

If you answered “yes” to all these questions, there’s a good chance your project is eligible for the 2026 Call for Family Projects!

For more information, see the rules.

2) Log in

“Log in” or “Sign up” on the Lausanne participe platform following the instructions provided.

3) Get inspired

If you’d like to get an idea of the projects submitted in previous years, visit the “2025 Winners” tab.

4) Submit a project

Submit your project by filling out the form by October 31, 2026!

Specify the budget and the amount requested. Please note that the maximum amount granted is CHF 4,000.

You can also attach documents that:

  • Provide a more detailed description of your idea (context, problem, challenges, opportunities, target audiences, etc.)

  • Specify the timeline

  • outline the budget

  • Illustrate the project (images, drawings, sketches, etc.)

  • Indicate the project’s location (map, etc.)

  • provide references (similar projects, etc.)

  • explain the planned evaluation methods

  • etc.
