Monthly Bible study meetings near the eco-neighborhood

The monthly Bible study meetings for 2026–27 at the Bois-Gentil Ecumenical and Neighborhood Center will be devoted to 1 Corinthians. In the 1st century, Corinth was a very large city—the second largest in the empire after Rome. The Christian community was experiencing internal tensions (between the rich and the poor, and between men and women). It faced formidable challenges: moral decay and a proliferation of philosophies and religions.

This epistle from the Apostle Paul contains reflections that are surprisingly relevant today!

These interfaith gatherings are free and open to anyone interested. They include times for listening, sharing, and learning about the Bible.

Wednesday, September 2, 6:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
