What is “Lausanne Participates”?
Lausanne participe is the City of Lausanne’s digital participation platform, launched in April 2021. Built using 100% open-source software (Decidim), it received support from the Swiss Confederation through its Swiss E-Government program.
Lausanne participe invites the people of Lausanne to imagine, participate, create, and decide together. This tool brings a new digital dimension to dialogue, helping us continue to co-create a city that is increasingly inclusive, sustainable, collaborative, and participatory!
The establishment and development of eParticipation is one of the five priority areas of the City’s 2023–2026 Participation Strategy (see the preliminary notice).
