Hidden Sugar: Learn How to Spot It Better!

The Peupliers Community Health Center (CMS) of the Soins Lausanne Foundation invites you to come and talk with its healthcare professionals at a prevention and awareness booth open to everyone.

Our dietitians, along with a diabetes nurse, will be on hand to help you better understand the amount of added sugar in certain everyday foods. Through concrete examples and practical tools, you’ll learn how to interpret nutrition labels and make informed choices for your health.

A fun event where you can ask questions, test your knowledge, and leave with simple tips to apply in your daily life!
