Conference: “Establishing Advance Directives”

Adult protection law allows anyone to state their wishes in advance in the event they become unable to make informed decisions. Among the tools available, advance directives offer the opportunity to make decisions regarding medical treatment and to appoint a healthcare representative.

As part of this conference, a specialist from Pro Senectute will address the following questions, among others: Who is affected by advance directives? What are the practical steps for drafting them? Who should you talk to about them? What happens if they haven’t been drafted?"
