Opening of a non-profit, eco-friendly participatory grocery store to sell organic, bulk products at affordable prices, promoting short supply chains.

2. The Project’s Objective

Our grocery store aims to achieve the following objectives:

3. The Project in Detail

To promote responsible consumption through an alternative supply chain that respects both the environment and people, we aim to create a grocery store open to everyone, offering healthy products affordable for all budgets. The non-profit grocery store will operate on a participatory basis: each member purchases a share and commits to volunteering 3 hours per month according to a pre-set schedule. This system helps reduce operating costs—and thus product markups—while also fostering social connections among members. The grocery store will be open every day in the late afternoon, during the most convenient hours. Later on, depending on the number of members, these hours may be extended.
