How do the forums work?
Six forums, held twice a year, provide updates on the progress of ongoing projects and allow for consultation with future residents and nearby residents regarding the development of public spaces, such as Parc du Loup and the community center... and to collaboratively design certain improvements;
One monitoring group aims to formally bring together all stakeholders interested in the neighborhood. It oversees the forums throughout their duration and guides their organization, in collaboration with the City;
Working groups (WGs) are formed as needed and based on specific topics. They explore a topic in depth and report on their progress to the monitoring group and during the forums;
A pilot forum will be gradually established to serve as a precursor to the future neighborhood assembly.
How does information reach the public?
Online: You can find all the information about the Plaines-du-Loup project and the Plaines-du-Loup forums. You can also subscribe to the “Métamorphose” newsletter to receive regular updates on the project’s progress.
In the neighborhood: About ten informational signs are located at bus stops and other high-traffic areas in Plaines-du-Loup, explaining the context of the forums and their main objectives.
In Loup Park: Large illustrated banners showcase the forums and their four main themes. You’ll also find a summary of each forum after it takes place.
At the Project House and the Centre des Bossons: you can also come by to discuss the project and ask questions directly to city representatives or the facilitators, who will be happy to assist you. Find the opening hours on the Métamorphose and Centre des Bossons pages.
